Maria Goldberg

Maria leads the financial operations at SD Capital and is responsible for financial strategy, due diligence, and investor negotiations across a project portfolio exceeding 1.5 billion dollars. She has played a pivotal role in three major exits, including transactions with DP World and Cargill.

Before joining SD Capital, Maria served as CFO at TIS, where she was in charge of IFRS reporting for more than ten group companies and oversaw a 144-million-dollar project financed by IFC and EBRD. Earlier in her career, she led audit engagements at Deloitte for clients in retail, shipping, and manufacturing sectors.

Maria holds a master’s degree in International Economics from Mechnikov Odesa National University and is a certified ACCA member.
