With TIS as the core business, Andrey has launched and runs a number of other projects.
TIS consists of six deep water marine terminals. Its cargo turnover in 2015 reached 26.6 million tonnes. It has 1970 meters of total berth length. TIS has made over 500 million USD of capital investments into the port infrastructure.
In 2015, during the war, crisis and absence of financing, Andrey and his team signed a deal with Cargill to build a four million tonnes grain terminal partnered with EBRD/IFC aboard. Project cost is over US$ 150 millions.
In 2014 Andrey was granted an exequatur of Honorary Consul of Austria in Odessa Region.
Andrey studied commerce at Harrow House School, United Kingdom. He completed a degree in International Business at the University Montana, Zug, Switzerland, and an Executive MBA degree at HCMS French Institute, Moscow. He also holds a degree in Management from the Mechnikov Odessa National University, Ukraine.
