Arina Ruban

Arina joined SD Capital in 2024 as an investment associate, supporting evaluation and execution of investment opportunities in energy, logistics, infrastructure and venture investments. She plays an active role in financial modeling, transaction structuring, and IC material preparation, contributing to the portfolio of strategic investments.

Before joining SD Capital, Arina was Investment Manager at Kovalska, a major Ukrainian construction group. Arina started her career at KPMG, where she rose to Audit Manager. Over five years, she led IFRS audits for large real estate, logistics, and retail companies and managed audit teams.

Arina holds a Master’s in Financial Management and Controlling from Kyiv National Economic University and a Bachelor’s in Finance from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. Arina is an ACCA student and a top achiever in Ukraine for multiple exams.
